Default elbow pain wat to do?

Past month ive been having trouble with my left elbow. Hurts when i do any tricep workout plus a few others. It was definitely due to some lift i did in the gym cant see any other reason. What can i do because its really hindering me from going hard at certain things. CAN NOT do double handed dumbbell behind the head anymore shit KILLS fck what can i do? i know joint pills but is that it?

There's also taking time off the exercise that is causing the pain. Give it a week or two to let it heal.

I agree, I had to quit doing Skull Crushers for a bit and then focused on dips, floor presses and other things to hit the tri's that didn't hurt my elbows after a couple of weeks I felt fine and could do skulls and behind the head extensions, etc... USPlabs Super Cissus RX I think definitely helped too.
