How much does everyone bench raw without the aid of any powerlifting shirts? It doesn't matter whether it's dummbells or barbell. Does matter if it's 1RM or 10RM. What's the most impressive number you've put up on bench? For me, when I weighed 180 I was able to bench 315 for 1
 
Gotcha beat. I did 315 for 1 at 170 body weight. But, lately I can't get above 210 without hurting something. I'm currently getting 205-210 for 6 reps at 165 body weight.
 
Bicep tendon fucked up, getting injected ultrasound guided anti inflammatories tomorrow and physical therapy....
 
bench press, I have no idea...I once did 405 for a few...but that was well over 15 years ago...most since is probably 270 and that was on a smyth machine...

on DB incline I've done 140 x 10 reps...half way clean
 
On flat? 345 for 1 rep at 170lbs and 15 years old. Haven't done flat bench in 15 years.
 
Most impressive thing i have ever done was on the incline , i did incline flys with 120lbs db for a full 10 reps with deep stretch and proper form. I posted this here years ansd years ago, so its somewhere here many years ago and i couldnt do this now if my life depended on it,lol

Its kinda weird, but my 2nd cycle, i was super strong at those. I did 105's for 8 reps, and at the time, I had a hard time incline pressing them. I think i weighed 205 at the time. Doesnt make sense
