Your Best Last Minute Cutting / Prep Tips!

Hey Everyone,

I just found out I'll be doing a photo/video shoot in a few days for Cosmo magazine and possibly on TV? I didn't catch all the details, just where to be and when.. I'll be doing some type of bootcamp workout at a big gym...

Anyhow, since I just found out last minute, I'd like to be as cut as I can.

I'm looking for some of your best tips to look as cut/ripped as possible.

I have 3 Days to prep for this. Should I be dehydrating myself or taking any diuretics or supps? Increasing protein, decreasing carbs etc....

I've never prepped for a contest or anything so I haven't exactly learned that much about prepping and I'm aware 3 days isn't much time but that's all the notice I got..... regardless, I'd just like to look as chiseled as I can for this... I'll make the best of it and have some fun!

Any advice anyone would like to provide would be greatly appreciated.

What would you be doing to look ripped and contest prepped if you only had 3days?

Diuretics seem like an alternative. Id say sauna and sweat suit too. Just my two cents. Its kinda late in the game for any kind of diet maintenance.
 
yeah bro 3 days isnt much maybe grab a diuretic if its that important to ya, and maybe manipualte your water intake and load water for day and a half 2 days and then drop it with diuretic with last day.
 
try 2 gallons distilled water 1st day, 1 gallon distilled water 2nd day, sip 3rd day and like the other say, maybe a diuretic... taraxatone may help... totally cut off all your sodium... eat some sweet potatoes day 2 & 3, and do the sauna... IMO:weight:

It was just a last minute thing so I was just looking to see if anyone had some last minute tips to look that little bit extra... Definitely not looking or hoping to be "contest ready" or anything like that. I don't compete anyhow :)

I'll be upping my water and cutting the carbs and sodium.

It's Friday today, the event is on Monday around 2:00pm.

Haven't been on this board in quite a few years, I'll try to be around a bit more often and contribute again! Lots of great advice and info here. Nice Black Undies Presser ;-)

I would bring carbs in like the sweet potatoes tomorrow and sunday... if you carb deplete too much you will look flat and not as much muscle fullness...
 
and maybe take some arginine 2 hours before shoot

Thanks, I was curious about that and forgot to ask!

I have to do a pretty intense bootcamp workout so I can't be totally depleted either. I like the sweet potato idea.

aldactone is your best best, starting now...then dyazide the nite before the show...cut water out the morning of the shoot..
