How long before you change workouts/exercises
I usually don't go more than 6 weeks on the same program. I alternate exercises even more often than that. I do this with the idea of not letting my body get used to one specific attack plan. Right now Im doing 5 days of weights but Im about to drop back down to 4. Its been 5 weeks on this schedule.
