Cramp!!!

the worst one I have had was the tendon that runs under your foot(the length of it)!
 
Fuck, I bet that did hurt, how did u get a cramp there.
I woke up in the middle of the night and stood up to go take a piss and as soon as I put weight on it....boooooom!!!!!!! it locked up like a steel cable, shit sucked ass, lasted atleast 30 seconds
 
cramps are definetly no fun, lots a water and doubling up on vitamins and stretching also. for me has been the key. LCB
 
I was getting cramps like a motherfucker the past few weeks. I ate a few bananas last week and I've felt good ever since. Not sure how that is still keeping me from having cramps, but I'm not complaining. I mean I'd get cramps all day and get them everywhere. The worst for me is probably my lat. I can never quickly think of a way to stretch that out when it locks up

a good way is do this tricep stretch-than while doing it lean the opposite way of the cramped lat---- ball your fist up (on affected side) and put it behind your head, elbow up, and make your elbow pull up towards the ceiling, than lean to the opposite side of the arm you are doing it to
