I went to work than came home and continued working on my fence, I was out there for a couple of hours sweating my balls off with nothing to drink, I weighed in at 189 :nope: holy cow
 
rehydrated and ate a banana and Im almost back up to 192, I have no idea why im going down in weight these past few months
 
I am but shit I was at 204 a couple months ago, im not trying to be in the 180s
 
Hahaha, I hear ya. I'm about 185 shooting for 200. Don't let me pass you.
 
it's the fucking heat, your body is trying to drop weight so it has to work less to supply the extra tissue, IE take stress off the cardiovascular system...

that and the heat (at least for me) makes it hard to eat

some people can look at a cheese pizza and put on 5lbs I can eat one and loose 5lbs...

well I like how may abs are coming in and im looking overall more cut, even my big ass head looks smaller lol but I dont like seeing 180-anything

i am the same exact bro.... I can eat 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 QP's, and a large fry, and be down 5 lbs all day long....
 
well If I didnt poop for a day i'd be septic... I shit like 4-5 times a day
