carbs? mid or post workout

an argument i hear alot is people debating over if you should have your quick acting carbs in the mid or end of your workout

any opinions
 
at the end together with some qucik acting protein .. shuttle that stuff in there asap after training
 
Ive been doing my insulin pre w/o which forces me to ingest 25g of Amino's and about 60g of Dextrose with creatine and beta alinine while I train. It's a strange feeling. I'm not sure how much I like it. I'm very strong but it's a weird strength and I don't fatigue. The pumps are also different.
