I've always took in the stomach suq q in the past. this time i may do on the muscle before i train it like bi's tri's , quads, ect. . do you guys that have, feel you got better results this way? Also , did you just apply straight to the muscle say 10mcg one head "left", 10mcg the "right"? Thats of course if using 20mcg total. anyway just curious on feedback. . also a bump for mc's igf!
