Well i been using the folistatin for about 3 weeks and the results have been great. My strength has gone through the roof!!!! Still prob at 8 to 9% but look WAY bigger. I weigh around 210 but get told all the time I look like I weigh 230. The only down fall is this shit makes you sore as FCK!!!!! Everytime i hit my quad, I can barely walk for a day but it's totally worth it.
