I feel like the last week I have been overposturing or something, and its making me ache! I feel like just stretching my hamstrings and staying in that position so my lower back can loosen up , nothing is working as far as heat, stretching goes. Weird thing is I worked out Bis yesterday and it hurt the most than.
I curled a lot of weight but my back is always 100% straight and I curl slowly , never swing the weight.

I had the same problems for about a month or so and finally went to the doctor and he gave me some anti-inflammatory medication and it made a world of difference. I only had to take it a week and ever since Ive been fine. He also told me that if it started to do it again to start taking aleve or advil twice a day for a week or two and it should do the same thing.

I take aleve on sore muscles and it seems to help, but obviously you don't want to take it too much or it won't work

They way he explained it to me was to take it for a few days to let it build up in your system so it would be more effective on helping the swelling go down, he said if its consistent like that just takeing it when you have pain isnt enough, you have to use it like an anti-inflammatory

Huh, that's news to me, I just take it when I'm hurting, but I guess that's slightly different than a nagging injury
