Ok, here we go. Will be prep for the Jr. USA's in May, 20 weeks out, but will do 2 local shows on the way. Just spoke with my trainer and ready to get started. First thing is I did my measurements:

Weight: 284lbs
Arms: 21 1/4 inches
Legs: 29 inches
Calves: 18 1/2 inches
Chest: 54 inches (relaxed)

Diet:
400 high carb days
200 low carb days
400 protein

Cardio:
30 min. 5 days a week

Drugs:
Test
EQ
T-Bol
HGH
Insulin
 
I can't wait to see this pics leading up to this, I still think you'll be a good superheavy around 235-245
 
sweet, this will be interesting...

will you tell us your doses on the cycle ? (if you dont want to, I understand) just like to get an idea, what your trainer likes to do on a superheavy doses..

I think JR USA in May so i would guess April would be his other 2 prep shows
 
It is the weekend before.

I am guessing ur comfortable with that,lol, but ive done back to backs and nearly dropped out of the 2nd show cause it was too close, only reason i didnt drop out is cause my wife was doing that one.

do you actualy prefer to do a show a week prior cause it makes u feel more ready? just curious, as i said it was too much for me
 
My last 2 shows were on back to back weekends. I looked better at the second one than I did the first even though I came in kinda flat
 
week apart is great. usually for most, me included, i come in sharper the 2nd show. ill eat sat night right after first show then back to diet and cardio sun with mon starting low carbs for depletion again, then ill carb up thurs mid day slowly all while keeping water pretty high
 
For the 2 local shows, I will not do nor do anything with carbs, water, nor directis. I will just show with a Tan and pump up and get on stage. I am confident that with the condition I can get in, I will have no problem taking these shows with a win, without any tricks.
