Some measurement goals

Well its the first of the year, and im sitting right at 260.4lbs this morning. Im very happy to be sitting at 260lbs at the first of the year. I feel like I have a head start on my goals. Arms measured cold at 19.5 inches (up 1/2 inch) im very happy with that. In another 3 months I would like to be over 20 inches on my arms (cold measurment) Quads are right at 28 inches (cold, measured at the up high 1/4 way down from the hip) I would like to get up to a solid 30 inches in 3 months...

im going to join up at my favorite gym. Its called Sportworx, its about 30 mins away, but well worth the drive. Its a huge gym, with DB's up to 225lbs and tons, and tons of free weights. The equipment brands are, Hammer, Icarian, Flex, Cybex, and a few homemade (heavyduty stuff) equipment. Im very excited to get back to my old gym.

sounds like a great gym to train at.

I have been wanting to go this gym for a long time. Honestly, prob one of the best gyms around from all I hear. i have seen pics and it has everything you could possibly imagine. Chris said he was going to take me there as soon as he joins back up. I am super stoked to train there.
