50 reps

I want to try something different .. Been training higher weight low reps . Anyone do lower weight 50 reps ? Any success ?

I'm doing that now . I want to try something different .. Legs today . Trying 50 reps on leg press , extensions , etc .. Last set going with more weight . Seeing if I can get 30 + .. Probably will puke after that ..lol

I like to do that on leg day to..
 
I don't have the muscle endurance for 50 reps, but it could be beneficial to breaking through plateaus
 
it is difficult .. 30reps is tough enough .. i then have to count in 5's to get through the next 20 .. the next 10 happens .. then it's soooo friggin painful by the time you hit the 50 .. feels like a million bucks after ... the pump is incredible .
