Hey guys, I'm new to the site and sorry if this has been asked before, but here I go, well I'm a really reallly hard gainer and I have a very thin complexion, I started to go to the gym almost a year a go and had a high protein diet made by a nutriologist so my diet is not poor on the important things, of course I have seen gains around 6 pounds of lean muscle and a noticeable increase in strength so I think that my workouts are really doing something, but on the past months I haven't seen any increase in weight or more strength in any of my workouts, and I'm thinking of taking something to boost my gains to the next level, I have just turned 20 last October, is this something to consider before taking a pro hormone?
can someone please tell me which product can be most benefical for me and what kind of gains can I spect? what side effects will I see?

THANK YOU AND PLEASE BEAR WITH ME...

Welcome bro. And you might want to try changing ur diet. Up the carbs and good fats and that could help alot. Also I'm positive creatine would help you as well. I would stay away from prohormones until you have exhausted all other avenues

Hey bro, thanks for the reply, you are right, I forgot about creatine, I used it a while back and it indeed gave more strenght and I could perform more reps, but once I stopped taking it I lost some mass and strenght is this supposed to happen? which is the correct way to take creatine and what can I do to mantain those gains? I have two forms on that you can chew and the other is just powder.

THANK YOU!

Yeah bro your going to lose some gains when you stop taking it, howver while your on it, your going to add size through hydrating the muscle itself, which in turn will help you push more weight , and this will help you add qaulity keepable muscle gains and the added muscle will help you lose fat, as muscle burns fat, so even though you will lose much of the muscle hydrating when stopping the creatine, you should still see gains from being able to push more weight and adding muscle and strentgh while on it!

As for the 2 types your using I would say the powder is much better as im not sold on the chewables. Its also a good idea to add an alkaseltzer to your creatine powder. Put the alkaseltzer in the bottom of the cup, then add the powder and then then the water and stir well and let it fizz all the way out. This helps micronize the creatine and making much more of it available to you. Adding the alkaseltzer turns it into effervescent creatine which they sell for an arm and a leg more then regular creatine but all it is , is what I wrote above!

Give it a go bro and I honestly promise you it will make a huge difference.

And again WELCOME TO MUSCLECHEMISTRY BRUTHA

Welcome bro and honestly at your age, all you need to do is EAT to grow. You're hormone levels are near peak right now so you've just gotta consume the extra calories. Creatine will help you out and Presser has put a lot of good info out there for you. Con-Cret creatine is some great stuff, it's not too expensive either. You don't take much at a serving so it goes a long way.

hey buddy, thanks for the advice, well as I said before I'm really thin but gained around 7 pounds of muscle the time that I've been training, my diet consists most of the time of 5 meals a day with eggs at the morning in breakfast, fish, chicken or red meat troughout the day, some potatoes or salad, or sometimes I do susbstitute a meal with a protein shake from Myoplex, I'm not taking any suplements at the moment, but as another cool member in here suggested, I will start taking creatine again.
THANKS!

dude! that alkaseltzer tip sounds very good! I really thought the powder had a terrible texture which sometimes cause me nausea, that's why I left taking the powder and tried the chews, I'll definetely try it, but now a good question is how much do I need to take?
I'm at 120lbs at the moment.

THANKS 4 THE GREAT ADVICE!

You can mix your creatine with grape juice if it has a bad taste. The grape juice will mask the taste of it. Also, if you do happen to decide to buy Con-Cret (that's the name of the supplement, the company is Promera Health), I'll let you know that it has a bitter taste to it. It's not a bad taste, it'll just make the drink sour. I've not tried their flavored creatine yet though.

As for the diet, you can add it some oatmeal as well. Anything to get the calories in bro. When I graduated high school, I weighed 115 pounds. I wrestled in the 103 class. When I decided to really start watching what I eat and training hard, I gained 55 pounds the first year. Granted it wasn't all muscle, but it was still surprising. So I know you'll be able to gain weight without prohormones or any of that stuff just yet

Ok so oatmeal is good source for calories?? I've started to eat mashed potatoes which I think have lots of calories. So basically I'll train hard eat more calores to get bigger
