i started back on the basic "palumbo" monday for the show which is March 17th.

diet as follows

meal one 6 whole eggs
meal two 50g protein w 2tbls natty pb
meal three 8 oz chicken breast w/ cashews
meal four same as two
meal five same as three
meal six same as two
meal seven red meat w salad vin/olive oil

weight is around 220 now got a good bit of leaning to do. .. not worried with weight much but probably be in the light heavies, open of course. this worked great for me last show which i weighed n at 189, would like to be mid to heavy 190's but whatever happens happens, just want to be cndtioned and better than last time.

cardio is low intensity 45 min each morning for now.

will try to post some pics this weekend. . dreading these hahaha gotta get the wife to get the dust of the camera!

new cycle of now is

sus 750 wk
mast enathate 400 wk
prop 100 daily
tren ace 50 daily
win 50mg daily
anavar 80mg daily
arimidex .5 eod

multiv twice a day
vit c 2000 mg daily
fish oil 3000 mg daily
arginine 2000 mg daily
creatine 5g twice aday
igf pre workout
 
i tried polumbo diet back in 2007, got super super shredded but lost way too much size. i need carbs in my diet and i found that out doing polumbo style diet

what surprises me is that you start your mast so far out from show. i usually start it 4 weeks out sometimes 3.

does he have you re-feeding on sat or sunday all day with whatever you want to eat?
 
I have to agree- I think the masteron is too early but assuming you are doing it because of the test- correct?
 
That is next to nothing in terms of food. I'm amazed people can retain muscle on so little food. My meals were 7 meals of 12oz of lean ground beef, chicken, or tilapia and started with 500g of carbs then started cycling them at week 8. I lost way too much size.

My carbs get low the last eight weeks before a show but I would lose my fucking mind and my marriage if I did the Palumbo diet. Last 8 weeks for me consists of 2.5 oz Oatmeal am and then 3lbs of plain green veges for the day. I only eat plain chicken and egg whites but I tell you what that oatmeal SAVES me. Calories for me are still around 1900 at that time, go to 3500 offseason which is where I am right now. I know the Palumbo diet works for some but, I just would not be willing to risk losing the size and of course my mind. I never do any carb depleting longer than 8 weeks.

i get a cheat once a week of anything and everything i want.

i carb cycled for the last show up until 8 weeks and got changed to the palumbo by my trainer and got great results for leaning and held muscle a lot better than i expected as i was skeptical. with this diet some really like some really hate it. i held muscle pretty good, main diff for me was i carbed up the week of show and a lot that use palumbo never change anything up to the show as far as there diet. . i did as i was told and it worked better than i thought it would for me. i always want to improve but want to make sure im conditioned and dry as can be. i know toney freeman really likes palumbo style. . hopefully i will be better than last time.
 
Good luck!! It's amazing to me how different two people can respond to diets. I've seen guys much bigger than me eat much less and still have a hard time getting lean.

i know exactly what u mean. . my first cousin also competes and we have both been light heavies. . not same shows YET haha he lives 2 hours away but we weigh and built very similiar... . he eats 12 oz meat per meal, tons carbs and thinks palumbo is garbage. . i tried a couple diff things 20 weeks out and was contantly second guessing everything and had opinions and advice coming from everywhere and was stressed out so bad. i finally just had to choose one person and believe in them and there knowledge no matter what. is there a better way for me? possibly so. could i keep more size stay more full? maybe so i just was having trouble gettin as lean as i wanted so it worked for me. now hearing u, jenn , and others . . you i have talked to a long time and seen around and respect u and jenn u cant help but too as well lol,. . both have me thinking am i too early should i do this do that. hahaha but i know whatever im doin i got to choose it believe it and stick with it. u know how it is. . mental as much as ANYTHING

Even eating all I did last time I still lost a tremendous amount of muscle and over depleted and couldn't fill back out in time.
 
That diet is pretty simple and to the point. I'm like a lot of guys and are amazed at how well you respond to this in comparison to what others diets look like. It crazy how two metabolism's and body comps can be so different

Cannot wait to see what you look like after working with her! Everything lies when you're dieting lol. Especially that last couple of weeks when you look like shit, feel like shit, but you should look like shit the last couple of weeks if you are depleting right. I have never looked forward so much to an old dry potatoe in my life as I do a week before I start carb loading!
