what is better NPP or Deca ?
A question was raised
about deca vs NPP and how it may have fallen out of favor regarding its
effectiveness and whether it gives the same joint support as Deca. I think
the perceived notion that Deca may be more "powerful" is obviously false.
They are the same product but the ester makes them act slightly different.
Deca is weird in a way that it is such a long acting drug that as the weeks
go on the serum levels compound and towards weeks 8-10 you have extremely
high levels of nandrolone in the body from the accumulation that has
occurred. The same thing kind of happens with Sustanon and not so with
test cyp or enanthate. So even though with NPP you have higher mg of
nandrolone per 100mg of total product then deca, since it clears the body
more quicker you dont get the compounding and accumulation effect so you
actually need to use a higher dose of NPP than Deca. But as long as you
adjust for that their efficacy is the same. The difference is that you can
get the same results in 6-8 weeks and have the nandrolone out of your
system, vs getting same result in 14-16 weeks of Deca. As i discussed in
previous post long term exposure to nandrolone has negative effects so i
see no reason to expose yourself for twice the length of time when you can
achieve the same in less window. NPP gives the exact joint support as Deca
would. As i said previously i can not come up with any single reason to
use Deca when NPP is available minus if you have a needle allergy.
Depending on the body size, 400-700mg of NPP divided twice or even better
three times a week should give very good results.
