    Default Bad workout turned good

Ever have a workout start out bad but end up good? I went for chest today and kept having a pinching feeling in my shoulder while benching, so I cut the chest workout short and moved on to shoulders. The shoulder exercises weren't hurting, but I was getting a killer pump. Finished with some drop sets on triceps and felt great leaving the gym, even though I didn't get the best chest workout, or the workout I had planned.

    Default

I have had days where I wasn't feeling that I was getting anywhere with the body part I was training so I switched it. Similar to what you did, but mine wasn't pain related or anything like that, just wasn't feeling it
