On workout days I take 20 grams of BCAA, 10 grams Creatine, 10 grams of Glutamine one hour before workout. I sip on another shake of the exact same thing as the first during my workout, but add Cyto Carb to it.
Offseason BCAAs 10g prior to weight training, 5 grams creatine post workout with waxy maize and whey protein, 5 grams of glutamine with breakfast, after training and before bed.
Im doing about the same. I guess my big question was absorption. I read (recently but cant remember) that the BCAA are better if taken with carbs only?? Im big on the first pass issue and absorption. It would suck if 50% of your BCAA were not absopred bc I took them wrong.
