Blood pressure med only while on a cycle...

Anyone here only take blood pressure meds just while on a cycle?? My Dr. said it is good because it keeps your heart from working as hard and enlarging. And of course, keeps your blood pressure down... I'm entertaining 10 weeks of sustanon 250 @ 500 mgs a week and wondering if I should take blood pressure med... My fear has always been getting an enlarged heart... Does your heart shrink down when you are off the gear anyways?

I would get your BP checked before you do anything drastic. When my BP became high normal while on 3g of test I simply took 20mg of dyazide a day. That brought it back to normal range.

I have an enlarged heart, and to answer your question yes it shrinks back down, but not normal, my doctor explained it like this, blow up a ballooon and its enlarged, and then let the air out of it but it doesnt shrink back down nice and tight but rather shrinks down and stays kind of stretched out, which makes it harder and less efficient to pump the blood.

I was told I had an enlarged hear like 15 years ago, and was also told most all bodybuilders have an enlarged heart from exercise alone, but not to the extent or size it will enlarge to if ur on steroids.

As for blood pressue, i dont know much about that or meds for it, and i have always had great blood pressure
