Split sleep vs Continuous
I know alot of you work shift work and or have families. Personally if I don't get 8-10 hours of continuous sleep I get sick. It happened today. I only got about 5.5 hours of sleep then maybe an hour in the afternoon and I already have a sore throat and fever, yet Silk can do 6 or less hours every night, work a full day, take a one hour nap and she's an animal. Any insight?

I have this problem also. I feel like shit if I cant get a min of 8 hrs. I prefer 9 hrs. Ive tried doing 6 hrs and take a nap but Im addicted to coffee so naps are out. My girl can do 5 hrs and be fine so i think its personal, like genetic and prob gender based. Id imagine a 120lb chic doesnt need a lot of sleep to restore the body where a freak like Dude needs a lot more at 250 lbs.

I think a combination of being used to it and my body being capable. Even when I was in school I never went to bed b4 1 in da morn. Also, I worked 3rd shift for 4 years and just recently got on 1st so my body is used to having very little sleep. Dnt get me wrong, I have days when i'm just worn the fck out and hurt all over but even then i dont sleep anymore. I'm wired diff than most people anyway....

I really think that'll make a big difference ... I have a few friends with that machine and it totally changed how rested they feel and how much sleep they needed... good luck man!
Personally I hate getting less than 8 hours but I've gotten used to 7 over the past few years and don't feel like I'm missing much now, but there was definitely a long time before I adjusted."There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlifts."
