    Default putting on weight

    from all the stress of lifes missfortunes I lost about 10lbs from stress. I'm glad to say that I have put 15lbs back on and look and feel better than ever. I upped my calorie intake from 7000 a a day to 8000 a day. Not to mention my training partner and I have really hit a new level of intensity as of late. Tryn to talk him into doing a show since he has put on a solid 15 lbs of muscle and is still growing. I see great things happening in the very near future.

    What does your diet look like for 8000 calories? How many meals is that?

    Between 6 to 7 meals a day plus weight gainer b4 bed. I have such a crazy fckn metabalism that I have to eat like a horse to gain 1lb of body weight.....

    I would love to see that diet breakdown too. That's at least 1000 cal a meals!!

    Honestly, if I put on here how much and what I eat you people would never believe I could eat that much and the food I eat and keep as lean as I do. I do eat a few clean meals a day, but I also eat ALOT of high calorie high fat foods. My body just loves all the food I shovle into to it. As much as a gift having this kind of metabalism is, it also a big curse. If it would just slow down a little bit, I would be a fckn monster. Chris has seen me eat and what I eat and he would even say the way I eat is just fckn nuts!!!!!!!!!!!

    Weight gainer before bed lol, shit maybe in my 20's early 30's but if I did that now I would be fat as a cow

    im the same way bro. I eat garbage all the time, in high calorie sittings, and struggle to gain any weight... It is a curse and a blessing all in one

    I used to do the same thing. The answer for me was red meat. I eat at least a couple pounds a day. Most of my meals are relatively clean now and I'm gaining and looking better. The red meat I eat the bigger and stronger I get.
