just curious

I started back in the gym after 4 months off recovering from a trimalleolar fracture in my right ankle after a car accident.

During my time off i was having sex like a porn star and had no problems getting it going or sustaining.... in the last several days of going back my junk hasn't been so active....I realized i was having the same issues before my wreck and when i was in the gym...my plan was 30 days back and start a cycle, so for now here is what I have been doing...

workout first thing in the morning on empty stomach

1.5 scoops of Jack3d in 8oz of water 20-30min before hitting the gym
40mcgs of IGF a day before gym.

4-6 egg whites after gym
isolate protein powder mixed in 10oz of water after gym...

the only thing I think it could be is the caffeine in the Jack3d? have any of you experienced this?....

I have a sex drive, my buddy just doesn't agree with me. The only thing I can think of that might cause it is a high amount of caffeine? Jack3d is the only form of caffeine I have...i don't drink soda and avoid coffee

I apply the IGF 30 mins before heading to the gym, not a day ahead..sorry for the confusion..

Gotcha about the igf, but i dont understand what exactly your saying , or what problem your having? what do u mean ur having a problem getting it going? you mean you are horny and have a sex drive, but your dick isnt wanting to get hard even though ur horny? is that what u mean brutha, if so could be the caffien, i know any stimulants do that to me

yes its very normal when your on stimulants, I believe the blood is flowing to every other part of your body except your dick from the stimulant use

Stimulants will do that bro, once you build a little tolerance to the high amounts of caffeine you'll be fine. Or you could go to the doc and tell them you can't get it up and they'll at least give you a free sample of viagra, cialis or levitra (not that I've done this). Or cyberz aqua alis will work too. The aqua alis had my buddy staring at me in the morning like a starving dog wanting fed.
