Var only cycle?

So I have been wondering for a while now if this is a good idea or not due to the very low sides, and just running it for a long time. Right now trt levels with 40-60/day var and barely working out and still slowly getting more vascular and keeping my weight at a decent number (for lack of workouts)

I dont think it can hurt bro! So why not is my take on it! And Welcome Back!

:) thanks, and yeah I wanted to hear if anyone had any bad experiences or good with doing this bc as far as I know there shouldn't be too many negatives to it. Joint strength, slow but better kept lean muscle and fat burning

My neighbor ran a sust and var cycle and it worked out we'll. He ran the var for about 8 weeks at 40mg a day then went up to 80 and that's where he noticed the most.

80 dries me out too much and makes me cramp, and that's at about 3/4 gallon of water a day. I haven't been able to do my 5-6 day routine for like the last ummmmm let's see baby is 7 months.... ok so for 7 months. The last 2 I have been only going like twice a week and been sick 2 weeks (allergy related stuff) and i'm still not doin horrible, def not big right now, but than again it's not that time of year for me right now

well if u feel good off the lower doses like u said then i dont see a problem, but i wanted to chime in that i always though 80mgs daily was about the right dose for a man to feel var, let us know how it goes though brutha

I did 40mg day with some tne for a good while and dam does a person get grainy and hard with good var... I had zero trouble but some cramping like you said metal. About ready to do again...

yeah I have heard that with the 80 too but im only like 196 right now, so it's weight dependent too. I'm prone to cramping, if I could actually like the greens powder and take it everyday i'd be fine, but that shits nasty no matter what I have mixed it in. I wish I was getting good and plentiful workouts in right now so I could see the reallllll benefits already, but I figure hey, im barely working out, not eating 100% right, not fat and not in the 180s where my frame wants to be so I'll take it

i bumped a couple good var posts in this forum for ya to look over,

yeah I stretch, I am always prone to cramps though. I'm actually debating not doin the typical leaped weight gain this next year, and focus on a lot more flexibility and endurance (as well as strength) Thanks Press, I'll look

Keep us posted please! Wonder what would happen with 300 mg of cyp a week and 40mg of var? HhhhhhMmmmmm?????

How long would you run 300mg cyp per week and 50mg Of anavar a day if the tabs are 25 mg?

Well starting the var 80% of the way thru a cyc and running it straight thru to the next while being off is what Im interested in seeing. Getting some very easily palpated veins in thigh and calve and thats with doin a 1 to 2 day a workout lazy ass weekly deal. You're question of how long i'd run that particular cycle? prolly only on a weaning phase, however if you said 1200 of T and 60 of the V, i'd say half a year ;) The life on the V is long so you can actually just take them all in the AM if you wanted to

I know several competitors who ran 50mgs per day with HRT for a year or more...No sides, the only complaint in one or two episodes being high BP..

If you run this idea, would you please do a favor and run a log, or some updates here and there, I'd personally like to hear what happens, thank you :)

yeah it's hard to tell with me and what Im going to do this upcoming year. I was going to do my typical December transition to heavy, having Dec. and Jan. being very disappointing, than by March be lifting great numbers again, but now im thinking that I don't want to do the weight leap this year so I can stay a little more lean. Still strength train but also go for flexibility, and endurance, and focus on all 3 aspects for once all at the same time. It is just seeming more and more to make sense for me.
