Morning Cardio vs. Evening Cardio

Hey!

Ok, so I would really like to know if doing my cardio in the morning will make a big difference than if I do it in the evening. I've done it in the morning a couple times recently and I know I don't go as hard as the evening and than I'm usually a lot more tired throughout the day. But, I'm trying to cut down on some weight and was wondering if this would make a big difference. Before, when I trained for a competition I only started doing morning cardio when it got closer to my comp. Thoughts pleaseeeeee

Yes it will make a big difference in the morning, especially if you do it on an empty stomach or close to empty, it will send you into Ketosis and you will start smelling amonia, I always did my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and I would always get that nasty smell, but it made a huge difference.
