What do you guys like? Right now I'm using up some 1MR, creatine, and just my Vit C, fish oil, and Milk thistle.
What have you guys tried with success?
 
I use MC IGF-1, glutamine and creatine with gear bcaa and whey isolate

problend, bcaas(total amino), coconut oil, and moving to my new preworkout combo of creatine hcl, creatinol-o-phosphate, and beta-alanine

I pretty much use the same things....No problend right now, AnaMass, and Whey iso/con blend..
 
This current run on creatine has been the best I've ever had. I'm wanting to try beta alanine dosing. I also want to start on another strong anti oxidant. I've heard great things about glutathione, but I'm not sure about oral dosing
 
PN Whey, PN Agmatine Sulfate, Protocol BCAA's (I have one more tub left and I'm switching over, Mike lol), Emergen-C post and in a water bottle with BCAA's that I sip at work, Cytocarb, Anavite, coconut oil on everything, and will be adding creatine hcl soon.

I recommend Emergenc if anyone hasn't tried it yet. I started it months ago and my family drinks it and kids have been much more hearty and I feel great with it.
 
Adhd medicine yes. I got put on this after college, and it saved my life. Some people abuse it, as its an amphetamine, and very addictive if abused. I pop one about 20mins before a workout usually.
 
yeah I know a guy who was prescribed it for his ADHD and he trimmed up like a mother fucker and now looks great! So i guess it has all kinds of benefits
 
For sure! Im gonna add some dnp with it when it gets cold and and get my speedo physique on too!
 
I wore a crown royal bag over my junk at a party once, but im not nearly as stacked as you, so people just laughed
