I have been using a safety squat bar for about a year and it is awesome but Ive noticed they make them with handles so you have a place for your hands and it looks like it helps stablize.
Anyone here good with modifying equipment. Any ideas on how to add handles?? Take it to a fabrication shop?
lastly Ive seen this pitshark machine which is bascially a belt squat. Ive tried duplicating it but havent found a great way. Anyone try belt squats using a bar or anything similiar.
My quads are growing nicley, (yes press, pics are coming). One thing I found that is working,,, after a squat or leg press, I do "ghost squats". Just a name I made up. Basically, I finish the squat, then lightly hold onto anything and squat with body weight. I can only get an extra 5 reps or so and my quads are on fuckling fire!!!
