I have been hearing alot about this type of carb and taking them for intraworkout, has anyone tried them in a intraworkout drink,
they are supposed to be able to digest alot easier.
You may already know all of that, but I think it is a pretty good overview. I thought it was interesting that they don't cause a huge slin spike. It seems counter intuitive that if you take a bunch of things that cause a huge slin spike and bind them together then the group will not cause a huge slin spike.
