Hey everyone this is my first post on this site,
I've been out of the gym for awhile now, the doctors have narrowed my injury down to possible nerve damage or pinched nerves. They've cleared me to go back to the gym 3 months ago because they now believe I can't make my injury any worse. I also have a winged scapula. I have been working out for 2 months now.
I won't be using anabolic steroids anymore, I'm a recovering addict and haven't had a drink or a drug in close to two years. The problem with steroids is I was way more addicted to how I felt physically rather than the physical results.
I want to use something I can't buy at a store to help with building lean body mass and reducing fat. I've heard people talk about peptides, HgH, igf, etc.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
