Can you inject into the lats by yourself?

My ex GF who was a nurse did my injections but that was long time ago and I really dont want to ask anyone else to, my PT said the lats are ideal for injection but that you almost needed someone. Anyone care to chim in? Can it be done? Or is it very hard?
 
I've never done it but I'm sure I could easily reach these wings lol! Where exactly do you inject them?
 
Yes. Step 1: Load syringe. Step 2: Tape syringe perpendicular to the wall at the height of your lat. Step 3: Turn around and back into the syringe until it pierces your skin. Step 4: Slowly lean backwards to engage the plunger and push the contents of the syringe into your lat.

It can be done...I can't do it but I saw someone Me and Presser know do it once...I was SHOCKED;o...b/c he friggin big

my gf is a nurse and is the only one who has done my injections i better act right(not fuck up) cuz im a pussy when it comes to needles

In reply to the OP, yes, it can be done. I've done it myself from time to time but not so much anymore. Gets harder to do as your chest gets bigger since it gets in the way. I like to apply IGF there sometimes, that isn't too hard to do.
 
Certainly plenty of meat there to stick! Never done it but the site MonkeyWrench suggested shows where to put it.
