He seems to be in a holding pattern or something. He's still training, but it doesn't look like he's going for any particular contest at the moment. Seems family life is a priority at the moment from what I see on his FB page. And yeah, he's a huge beast. Wouldn't mind looking like that.

I heard he has renal issues. I think it's over for him if what I heard was true.

damn I just googled and read up on Renal failure, and man thats not good! I hope he is ok and hope its reversible

Hany Rambod fucked up this guys future...Hany is the most overrated trainer outthere. He got everything from Chad Nichols, because he used to be his secretary/manager if im correct. The only athlete that Hany brings in shape is Phil. All of his other guys
look like shit the day of the contest..even on the amateur level. I can name a few guys he got ready for a contest and never showed up in shape.....

kidneys unlike the liver are not able to regenerate.

I just read it was reversible up to a certain point, theirs acute and something else , and you can recover normal kidney functions it said up until a certain point, so that's why I said I hope it's reversible as in I hope his kidneys aren't really shot.

That is very sad to hear.

What is the best way to keep kidneys healthy? I.E things to avoid, supplements to avoid, ect??

One of my buddies had kidney failure last Christmas and his dad had a heart attack two days later. Both of them are ok. My buddy blamed creatine, but he also loved tren which we all know is renal toxic so IDK if he can really say it was the creatine.

My grandfather and father died from renal failure. I stay away from tren because it is reputed to be hard on the kidneys. I would love to hear what you guys take for kidney and adrenal gland support.

yeah good question about what is good for kidney health? I try to drink as much water as humanly possible but it upsets my stomach as I dont eat much so my stomach is small as fuck and doesnt take much to fill, anyhow good questions and sorry to hear about your father and grandfather bro

Adrenal health is directly related to good cortisol levels which all of us using AAS want. High Cortisol levels mean a less than optimum environment for anabolism and a higher afinity for catabolism.

Of course Prostate Health is helped tremendously by Saw Palmetto.

I use Solaray Kidney Blend for kidney support. It has a blend of cornsilk. And, Cornsilk has been used to soothe irritation of the kidney and bladder as well as reduce sediment formation. Which is really kidney stones. It also contains iron, silica, potassium, vitamins B, C and K as well.

I've had kidney problems for about 15 years now. I actually pass a kidney stone about every 4 to 6 weeks!!! Not fun at all ;(

there's really nothing out there to help the kidneys like their is milk thistle for the liver, the best thing is too drink lots of water, and eat low amounts of protein.

I am going to say it wasn't the creatine, probably the tren and high blood pressure (assuming he didn't monitor that)

Yes sir. I will have to second that one. Tren was the absolute worst on my blood pressure and kidneys. The last batch I made I literally had 3 different people start and quit within 3-4 days because of blood pressure alone. Kidney function and blood pressure go hand in hand.

Love this guy. I've been subscriber to his you YouTube channel for years. I highly recommend.
