Why is Rich out of breath just fucking sitting there lol, starting at the 3:45 mark he is winded from talking and breathing heavy lol, guys a beast though!
 
you know I wondered that too- something is not right.
Guy is a beast but you have to think what the heavy supp dosages are doing to him.

I think he'd have a heart attack on the spot if he was doing coke haha. As big as he is combined with any supps, the coke would definitely nearly kill him. Maybe he snorts creatine

Yeah, Rich is a beast, he actually looks a little small there compared to some other times Ive seen him.

he's started to look stupid with all the site enhancements...he's always posting pics of new tattoos on his facebook page and his arms are starting to look like what you see in those synthol abuse videos...im not a fan
