So I started prepping for a show and dropped out of it as many of you have seen in recent posts. This was due to getting engaged an wanting to spend my engagement having fun not dieting... Well anyways the past 5 weeks or so I been eating so much crap, I managed to go from 200 12% to 215 16% .. I need to clean up my diet and get things motivating again, going to start taking Eca to suppress my hunger as it's been intolerable. Need some input/advice , is it possible to get back to my 10-12% before my cycle is over .. I have 5 weeks left on test prop 175wk , tren ace 525wk, mast 350wk, ad 2 weeks after that runnin just test suspension 50-100 eod
 
I would say it is very do able! Put a couple hours in at the gym once or better yet twice a day!

yeah bro, thats easy! especially considering you know how to diet down for a show, even though you dropped out of it, I'm assuming you know how to do it, and anyone who has competed and dieted down like that for a show, well those people can do just about anything they want to their bodies in nearly any time frame!

Eca to suppress my hunger why would you every look to do that bro? When did you start prepping before you stopped and how long is your plan? Did you start your prep at 200lbs/12%? This far out from a show why even take mast? No disrespect bro but Taking something to suppress hunger while prepping is nuts! If your meal plan is on point and your dealing with hunger no matter what week it is before the show, trust me its your diet now what your taking!

I think you completely missed my point of my post, I'm not competing. I was, got engaged and went back to school and got a promotion and my priorities were set. And why wouldn't you want to suppress hunger while dieting? For me the whole battle of dieting is my damn hunger ... Lol I still get my food in I don't starve myself?!
 
Clean up the Diet and increase the cardio a bit. Like Presser said, you know what to do....:thumbsup:
