Liquid Winstrol first cycle noob

Hello everyone. I have decided to try a cycle of liquid winstrol for strength and size gains. The strength of the liquid winstrol is 25mg/ml. I am unclear on how much I should take daily. My plan is to take .25 ml twice a day orally so a total of .50 ml a day. Is this the correct safe amount I should take. I'm doing a 6 week cycle. Thanks in advance for all the help and advice.

Sadly this is no joke. I'm very new to the steroid world and don't intend on being a hard user(may do 2 cycles a year) the buddy I got it from is on his second cycle and doesn't know much more than I do about the subject except the fact that he had some solid gains from his first cycle using 12.5 mg a day for 6 weeks. He did not get jacked(bulk up in size a lot) but did add over 30lbs in all his core lifts and became very solid/tone in the 6 weeks.

I'm looking for all the help and advice I can get about these steroids to make sure I do them right and safely.

from research I have don't it looks like I need to up my dosage to 50mg a day. HELP!

Well at least your smart enough to ask first and not just do the shit willy nilly, also how old are you bro? No reason to juice if your under 25 years old, and even then no one should juice until they've exhausted all other options, maxed out and hit a wall. So while i appreciate your asking for guidance, i can't in good conscious give advice to someone who is too young or still living at home with mom and dad, that shit never ends well for anyone! lol.

So how about some stats on yourself starting with your age, then weight, height, years trainings, etc… and if you don't wanna get into all that, and your hell bent on taking steroids, then please read as much as you possibly can before starting.
 
​All questions aside, DO NOT RUN THIS CYCLE. That is all you need to hear and know at this point. The rest, you can figure out by reading and researching. For at least a few months you should be obsessively researching everything involving steroids and their use. Then maybe you'll be ready. If you're under 25, then you're not ready regardless.

6' tall
200 lbs
12% body fat
been working out and training for 2 years solid ( started at 245 lbs and out of shape )
275 bench, 360 squat, 370 deadlift, 185 strict military press, 6:30 mile run

not hell bent on taking steroids, but do feel I'm at a stand still in my training and was wanting to do a cycle to jump over it and continue growing. Not looking to get huge but my idea of what I want right now is 230lbs at 8-9% body fat.

well even with steroids bro, its going to take you as it would anyone many years to go from 200lbs at 12% BF to 230lbs at 8-9%. Your young so you can do it fairly well and fast and when i say fast i mean years, i mean 30lbs of lean quality muscle is a ton of muscle, and a general good rule of thumb is 2-4 pound of good quality lean muscle mass per year. Thats just not realistic bro for 99.999% of the worlds population.

Its a great goal, don't get me wrong, but your going to have to eat, sleep, and shit bodybuilding and diet for a couple years if you wanna make those kind of gains!!

Your lifts have me lol man. You can only bench 275 but squat 360? Instead of putting a quarter on you out on two tens and a 2.5 lb weight? Really? Let's not fluff numbers. Your only kidding yourself. Your not ready for steroids either. Your only 23 and have been lifting a measly two years. Put some time in and do it right. Your gonna be one of those guys on steroids that people will ask if you even lift. Like said above you need to wait till you hit a plateau naturally and till your 25. This is when your endocrine system is fully developed and you don't want to shut it down prior to that. Yes steroids will shut down your natural system.

I beleive it will do the opposite
If anything you should do a test only cycle listen to the men.
With exp they may seem hard on you but are looking out for your best interest

That is sad, especially when they come for the best advice and when they get it they don't like what they hear. When those people do what they want even after asking for advice theres not much you can do besides know that you tried to keep them safe and help them do it right. When they mess it up and cause harm to themselves because they didn't listen that's what gives things a bad reputation.
