Week 1-4 20 mg and 30 last week
Very dry and clean gains strongest and favorite oral.
I started with a fast ester mix 2 pharamacon
And slowly altered to slow esters.
I was on imporium,blackstar,and trulabs,also stealth gear.
I am now going to switch to pct-shop,they have gave me the honor of sponsoring my cycle.
week 5 of pct-shop gear or week 5 from when you started your cycle with the s-drol and pharmacom gear ?

Today was trapster day
50-60 pound dumbbells 7 sets of ten with delay at top position
Straight bar 185 6 sets of 10

Today was back day.I'm not sure what the exercises were but it was the olypic bar with chains and two hand grip bent forward 6 sets last set 3 45 plates and a 10 10 reps
Seated wide curl grip 4 45 plates 6 sets 12
Lat pull downs 4-45 plates and 2-10 plates 6 sets of 15
And my favorite ones of the day 21 for biceps curl grip 4 sets hammer 21 4 sets and reverse cyrl 21-4 sets ouch on burning.
Well yesterdays was traps killed it soar as hell but this morning I was hanging drywall ceilings so my shoulders are shot
Incline got up to 185 12 reps😕7 sets and flat the same 185 7 sets of 15😬😢and did close grip tri ceps 135 5 sets of 20😴
Cables 50-90 pounds 6 sets 15-10 a set
Incline curls 30-40 6 sets 15-10 reps
Skullcrushers 75-100 pounds 6 sets 12-10 reps
Straight bar curls wide grip 75-100 6 sets 12-8 reps

Now I'm gonna say it was a combo of the orals kicking in the pump juice and the taking most of last week off but best pumps I have ever had ,EVER!!!!
