Anyone Caught Selling Steroids Through Pms, or Advertising Domestic USA Gear Here Will Be Banned!
I am noticing a lot of people talking about things on this site that should not be talked about on any site!
If anyone is caught doing illicit business of any kind through this sites private messaging system, they will be banned!
If anyone is caught advertising domestic U.S.A. they will be banned!
This is your only warning. I do not care if you did not see this message prior to being banned. So pass this message along to one another!
MuscleChemistry.com while legally based off shore, and where the freedom to talk about whatever you like is legal, it is MY Rule that you are not to engage in business transactions through this sites private message sytem. You all have email, use them!
This site like all other sites, is being monitored by law enforcement. We all know that, it goes without saying. I am also positive some of our best or well known members may be embedded law enforcement, and that is ok as well. I am sure we talk to them here day in and day out. They blend in, they are usually well known members.
So think about the things your saying and doing.

Hahhahaahahahhaahhaah imbedded cops on MC? nope. Maybe an analysts is paid to read the site once a year but an actual coordinated effort of physical LEO on the site monitoring ? No way in my opinion. But rules are rules and as such should be followed. I started a thread about satisfaction of a vendor that should be deleted and I also commented on it in my blog. So please delete.

In the over 16 years we have been on-line, lets see about 4 dozen sites have come and gone, that i know of, and of those few dozen sites i know of at least two that were shut down due to under cover law enforcement members of those sites, the owners of those sites though were selling steroid themselves, so that was just a matter of time lol, but to laugh it off, and say ""NOPE"" is utter ignorance, not to mention disrespectul, and we can deal with the disrespect, it comes with the territory, but the sheer ignorance of your comment is stunning to say the very least.

Just to clarify, does this cover legal to sell items, such as SARMs and / or supplements, or only illegal things such as Steroids? Obviously, telling someone to go to a non-sponsor site when a sponsor sells the item in question is in terrible bad form (sponsors should ALWAYS be used when possible). Just curious as to what all is covered, for the edification of all.
Thanks!

Why act like a baby, GRU? You gave your opinion. Someone else gave theirs in rebuttal. That's how a message board works. The rest of us get to read both and form our own opinions. My personal opinion is that Presser knows a hell of a lot more than you on this subject and I will proceed accordingly.

Doing business through pms such as payment info and such is a very bad idea
and GRU get a fucking clue , or get lost its really that simple!
-
03-24-2016, 02:36 PM #16
bro, your not getting it, and maybe it wasnt clear, doing business through pms, as in NO transactions should take place on this sites pm system, no wire info should be exchanged, thats what "doing business through pms" means, not sure how how you got from sending people to non sponsor sites or whatever ya meant, but to clarify, no one should be doing business on this sites pm system. Were talking actual Transactions in pms, wire info, or paypal payment info, all this shit needs to be done in your own emails or your own websites. thats all, and
i dont think i can find one person here who would disagree with this, but if someone here thinks its a good idea to share transaction information over pms here, or share wire payment info and MTCN info then please by all means let me know why thats a good ideaLast edited by Presser; 03-24-2016 at 02:45 PM.

Oh no If your banned from MC whatever will we do with out the likes of YOU! lmao
and now that ya mentioned it, yeah i will ban you, lol
-

Ok now, that banning idiots has been taken care of, lets keep this bumped, and make sure everyone understands what "doing business through pms" means!
I thought it was pretty self explanatory myself, but maybe it could of been clearer, in any case .......
The Important thing here is to understand its for your own safety and ours! Sure theres a ton of bodybuilding sites out there, and if anyone wants to leave this here cause they arent allowed to do business on our site, then dont lat the door hit you in the ass. MuscleChemistry.com isnt going anywhere, and weve been here over 16 years for good reason, we do our very best to keep everyone safe, and make sure all the BULLSHIT is not done on our site and servers!
Talk about gear, steroids, until your blue in the fucking face, I could care less! Transact a payment in a private message on this site, and your gone!
I know of plenty of sites that allow this type of stuff, and you guys are welcome to spend your time there instead of here.

Keeping this bumped up for a while is like displaying the severed head of an enemy for all to see. Using it as an example for others...this is what happens when you break the law in the realm of King Presser. "Hail to the King baby!"

Have to forgive my lack of clarity...been living with 3 bulging discs and a closed "nerve exit point" in my spine. Very little sleep. I was thinking along the lines of questions like "where do I get IGF" and stuff, not full blown business dealings.
I agree, PMs are not secure AT ALL!

No not at all. I did see a post about members not using secure email for "sensitive" business. So I figured a little reminder of the basics wouldn't hurt.
Truthfully I was shocked it needed to be said that using Gmail, yahoo, Hotmail and the like for sensitive information was a recipe for disaster.
Look at what happened recently with yahoo. That information is out there now.
Just incase anyone didn't know emails from basic email providers have your personal information in them. Even if you don't include that information when creating the account. Emails include your IP address hidden in them which can be linked back to the Internet service provider and could even be used to track down the specific device used to send the email.
I hope this makes sense to everyone.

Thanks all. See, look at all the shit you can learn here. I'm kinda ignorant when it comes to computers and most tech. Although I do love me some PS4. There is just something about killing zombies that chills me out.

Anyone Caught Selling Steroids Through Pms, or Advertising Domestic USA Gear Here Will Be Banned!
I'm glad this was brought up.. I would never recommend dealing and doin bidness deals online in the US, or anywhere for that matter, especially on MC and through PMs here.. But the web has connected the world together and without it I don't know how one would have access to the resources required.. I read a few articles about whatsapp and new versions of IOS and other apps and devices being unencrypted and it's use in investigations.. I guess everybody read about the recent iPhone hack having to do with the terrorist attack.. Not comparing dealing juice to terrorism either.. it's just interesting seeing the evolution of law enforcement.. There's so much info out there on this subject it's scary.. I found a wealth of info and articles about fed iPhone forensics.. Hell there's a book on Amazon called "iPhone and iOS forensics".. Maybe im just paranoid and I may look stupid posting this.. getting a little off topic I guess too, but it's def something to keep in mind if your in that "world".. Just want everybody to be safe and def don't want anything jeopardizing the benefits MC provides.. Sorry if this was better left unsaid..

It's sad to say, but with all this election bull shit going on. I have been avoiding the news like stinky pussy. I prefer to just look for news online that is much less toxic and more I formative.

Well I thought maybe i should bring this article here for all to read as most of us will not open links posted here due to malicious links being posted in the past and all over the internet for that matter, so here is the article in full as far as i can tell!
Yahoo Decided it Would Rather be a Spy Agency then a Second Rate Web Browser
We usually cover the misdeeds and scandals on Wall Street. Although we also report on general corporate corruption, it seems that Wall Street offers a never-ending flow of fun shenanigans to write about.
While technology and internet company executives try to come across as hoodie-wearing nice geeky guys (usually they are mostly guys), it is now looking like they may rival bankers for their questionable ethics and tactics.
Reuters recently broke a story that Yahoo, the seemingly harmless browser, news website, and email provider, harbored a deep dark secret. The internet company secretly built a specifically tailored software program on behalf of U.S. intelligence officials to search and spy on the company’s customers’ incoming emails.
Upon the directive of government agencies, Yahoo scanned hundreds of millions of client email accounts for the National Security Agency and FBI according to Reuters sources.
The acquiescence of Yahoo’s CEO, Marissa Mayer, to the agency’s request to spy on its own customers led to the departure of the company’s Chief Information Security Officer last year. The customized privacy violating software was reportedly done without knowledge of Yahoo’s security team.
Google and Microsoft, the owner of the Bing search engine, both adamantly stated that they did not engage in this type of massive privacy invasion.
The actions of Yahoo are viewed as the first case to arise of a US internet company agreeing to a spy agency’s demand to search all incoming messages on this magnitude.
European customers are not too happy, “any form of mass surveillance infringing on the fundamental privacy rights of EU citizens would be viewed as a matter of considerable concern,” said Ireland’s Data Protection Commissioner.
Privacy advocates are alarmed at the colossal size and scope of the violation of customers’ privacy and Yahoo’s complete bending to the will of U.S. government agencies.
What would happen if a bank or other financial institution conducted such an obvious breach of customer trust? Of course everyone would be up in arms.
Unfortunately, this seems to be just another example of the slow erosion of our rights and privacy.
So much for the nice, geeky internet nerds.
