This has been argued for years... some swear they work others while say it's impossible for them to work. I'm going to see what I can find as far as any legitimate findings, but I don't expect much. I have been doing them for over a decade... and for a decade I have done 98% of them in the same place... that muscle group is now by far my most impressive muscle group... and while my shoulders aren't freakishly strong (although in my big weight days I was getting 12 reps on wide grip uprights with 225) .. I regularly get compliments on how freakishly developed they are. I have my opinions which I will share, but I would like to get you guys opinions.

Ass or thighs but damn the thighs are rough for veins. I should try the shoulders but I'm always pinning 2.5 to 3 ml in one hit.

Glutes are the most theoretically painless, but you need to be flexible enough to do it.

Quads are easy once you learn where your nerve clusters are.

Delts are a pain in the ass for me as i seem to always miss the muscle and inject between the muscles, or go too deep or something.

Calves have shitty bloodflow, so not recommended. And they hurt something fierce.

I developed some nasty scar tissue from doing quads. I didn't do them for long... it also may have had to do with gear sterility, but I don't do quads or glutes anymore... but man I've got some knots.

I have to stay no more than 245 to do delts on my own, but they are easy as pie for me. 1 1/2 all the way in... the only problem was doing higher doses and then training delts the next day. Due to the volume of oil they would get super pumped and then one of the supporting muscles would spasm.
I've done all kinds of stuff in my calves over the years... every time ended in infection except MC IGF and Syntherol. They are painful and the Syntherol protocol is brutal, but for where they are now it was worth it

I have found, between myself and acquaintances, that injection site issues can be *very* personal. I know someone who swears by quad injections. Me, *any* injection into the quad (even factional-ml things like IGF-1) leave me feeling like I've been kicked by a horse for days. On the other hand, I've injected shoulders with no issues and friends have major issues with that. It may be affected by local muscle fiber density, nerve locations, etc. Never been able to predict it accurately...

delts for sure, that's worked best for me...tried every other spot but nothing can compare to doing site injections into the delts, gear and IGF, builds that wide body the kind when you walk down an isle you see guys peel off to one side when they see you coming since there is only room for one wide body....that's the best.....quads are a crap shoot too many nerves and viens....Ive sprayed the bathroom walls before when pinning them...helter skleter style.....looked like CSI in my bathroom...haha....

Hahaha ive also sprayed the bathroom walls... i still go quads though... easiest place to reach.. i havnt done delts ina while but i wasnt doing 3cc at a time back then.

Is 3cc too much for the delts?

i use delts and quads all day... since i use insulin needles for injections i dont worry about scar tissue build up as much

Only delts, Quads and Pecs for this guy..Cant reach my glutes anymore and I will be damned if I ask any one to put anything in my ass lol

I have done 3cc per delt twice a week for months on end with no issues

I like delts and glutes but I have to have my wife pin me. I can't reach either without struggling then I start to shake, sucks. As far as volume I have no problem with 3cc in delts.

i have pretty big butt so i inj quads, tricepts, bicepts or delts even though the pain was crazy the first times, im using test prop and tren a at the moment.
now i just put the loaded syringe in hot water for 10 mins and is way better. Im not pinning much anyway, almost 1ml in total as my tren is 200/ml

You using slins? 2x/week seems rough

25 gauge 1 1/2" syringe. Very rarely I knick a vein, but I always aspirate and that seems to be the best area for me.
I've recently been doing all my shots on my inner part of my right pectoral. I'm trying to even them out and I'm using syntherol as well. So far the results have been very good.

You arent worried about scar tissue formation? I try to have at least 7, and preferably 14 days between injects in the same area.

Do you buy fixed needle pins? Curious if you use the same to draw as to shoot or how you do this. Does it flow ok? I'm thinking about picking some 5/8 up and trying it now that im leaning out for the summer.

I have to do the same exact thing bro. My Right glute i can sometimes get on my own, left no go, and shoulders cant hold it steady and aspirate at the same time.
