    Default female anavar and t3 cycle

    SO i strted this cycle a week ago by taking 10 mg anavar ( from pct-shop) and 25 mg oral t3 daily. my goals are losing bodyfat getting lean by keeping my muscle gains.. the thing is that i am 2 kg hevier now and i think that this is water retention as i eat very clean and low carb and excersise 1:30-2 hours a day and cardio.. what i am doing wrong? what are your sagestions? does anyone has the same problem? will i stop my cycle? or if i continue am i going to lose bodyfat and when my cycle is done the waters will go away? your advice will be important for me as i am a begginer to stereoids . thank you

    i would stick to it, and dont go by the scale, go by the mirror, for all you know your responding super well to the anavar and maybe some initial water retention, but in the end you will ultimatly lose fat and retain or add muscle if u keep at it,

    the scale is the worse thing you can do psychologically

    also im assuming you meant 25mcg t3, as 25mg will kill u lol

    I've seen women respond super different to Anavar. Some women do gain considerable wight and muscle quickly... others weight doesn't budge. I would do as Presser suggests. Your goals and cycle are solid so you're ahead of the curve already

    Nailed it. I have seen MANY girls on VAR/tbol. Everyone reacts differently.

    I think you responded to a post where I was talking about my gf running pct-shops anavar. Anyway, she gained a little bit of water at first. seriously its nothing to worry about. Like everyone else said, and what I tell my lady all the time, don't worry about the scale. I hate that damn thing.

    Just stay focused, stay dedicated to your diet and training, and that's all you need to worry about. It will take care of itself from there. Keep working hard and ass the weeks pass I'm very sure you'll be happy with the results.

    Remember, you get out of it what you put into it! If you really want great results you need to be on point 24/7. I know you've got this.

    my wife usually gains 5 lbs on 10mg a day 6-8 weeks cycles of var. she actually stopped wearing her wedding ring the last week last cycle

    is that the reason she gave lol,

    but seriously, yeah my wife couldnt take her wring off for a while, she would go from not being able to remove wring, when cycling and then when dieting down for a show her ring would twist around and the diamond would fal towards palm of her hand, lol, crazy how we all go up and down so much,

    come to think of it she didnt give me any that week lol joking it was really cutting off circulation and she dont like working out with it on

    hahaha you guys well at the last 4 days i lost the 2 kg i gain. i dont know if its bodyfat or the water retention but i feel my muscles growing extremely fast.. my abs feel leaner and thicker.. my impact resistance in cardio has been increasing day by day... the thing is i can sleep at night i sleep like 4 hours a day :/ i think its from the t3 as its one of the side effects when it increases in the body... some small pimples on face. thats all for now
    hope it continues that way and get lean when my 6 week cycle finishes... from monday a will go up to 15 mg of var. will i have to get more than 25 mcg of t3 to?

    Are you asking if you have to raise your cytomel t3 dosage higher than 25mcgs? I wasnt sure if thats what u meant, and if it was your question, then i owuld stick with same t3 dosage since you are raising your Oxanadrolone dosage by 50% which should prove to be quite beneficial

    Personally I dont know your full stats. If you have ever done a cycle before... but the key here is patients. Nothing is magic Im sure you understand this. If this is your first cycle, as a women, you are more anabolic than you have ever been. Your body takes some time to adjust. Why not just stick to the original dose you set for this cycle, then next time MAYBE up things or change it around. DIET DIET DIET

    Lastly, nolvadex at 10mg/day does wonders for women, but you are not there yet.

    Not to hyjack this thread, but do you guys like to taper T3 up and down or just hit the sweet spot and stay there for a certain period of time?

    Also what do you guys do for PCT for your thyroid when you come off...........I have been trying and thyrovex 'thyroid support blend from VPX that had T2 in it as well as a whole bunch of other products. I think it got discontiniued, so i am going to try to start supplimenting iodine.

    Any other thoughts????

    How are you doing with ure cycle? I just started mine 6 days ago. I'm using 6mg var and 50 mcg t3. Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I'm never sure how long to take t3, and this is the first time I found a recent thread.

    All the ring talk aside.
    I want to do some var.
    Have 5 weeks til my powerlifting meet. And looking at april next year for a body building figure comp. Not aure on federation yet but.
    When in your training cycle would you add it in? Off season. Prep? Does it give or take any strength?
    Just starting my "research" on var.

    i think 90% of females get good to great strength gains from it some actually lose weight and my wife actually gains weight holding a little water so depending on how your body reacts to it you could take it up to the day of the show which i know many females who do. females are weird when it comes to var also they all do not have the same experiences but i would say 90+% really like it

    my research on here was to taper the t3 up and down and to do clen at alt cycles to t3 so you always have something.
    so 2 weeks clen 2 weeks t3 2 weeks clen.

    im about to start 10mg daily of var and then cycle up and down t3. will add clen in when im getting closer to comp i think.

    i know this is older thread and question. morning noon and night split either in two dosages or three doses throughout the day for best results. Make sure it is anavar and not winstrol. Thats the biggest problem in the market today.

    My wife actually prefers winny over var. I think some use tbol as well

    Split the anavar (oxandrolone) up into two dosages. Morning, and evening or right before the gym whether thats morning or evening training sessions.
