I gage my estrogen with dryness, water being held, and erections. Never tried arom. I have been using same gram of pure letro for years now. I adust a drop at a time and I am patient. It's 4 mg per ml the way I mixed.

No bro never got E2 crashed as I increased the test to 500 mg after a while and got tested 4 E2 and it was 54 ng , so I increased the aroma to 50mg /day and had to add 20 mg nolva bcoz the nipples started hurting , so either the aroma was underdosed or I stopped responding to it but I dropped the cycle as I got my pec muscle hurt way bad bruised.

Yes everybody is different. On my trt cruise which is under 200 mg per week I only use about .75 mg of letro a week divided in three doses mwf. At 750 to a gram a week I still don't go over 2.5mg a week but divided everyday instead of 3 days. Some people aromatize more than others. I don't mind if my e2 is on the high side it's the low I fear. I can't run back and forth to test my e2 so I use my judgement. I often add arimistane instead of going up more on my letro. I like arimistane and find it safely works good with low dose of letro. I wish MC store had arimistane. It is great for lowering cortisol as well.
