HELP!!

Just got a call from a friend that is upside down. He was on his first cycle in the spring, finished up the cycle in May. Made some good size and was happy. Now 5 months later he has sever acne and fluid coming out of his nipples. What the hell is going on?!! Estrogen has to be the issue but 5 months later??
 
This is a head scratcher, it doesn't make a lot of sence. He had none of these issues while on cycle? Is he taking anything else like a prohormone and doesn't realize what it is?
 
All he is taking is a cheap Walmart pre workout! He went to the doc today and they took a sample and sent it off. Acne sample as well.
 
I get acne from hormone fluctuations. When I jumped up on dose or come down. Once levels or stable it always gets better. Fluid out nipples points towards prolactin or progesterone. My brother got that on some anti-depressant crap and he later had them both removed (gyno). His insurance paid for it cause it was painful. Lol! Adex from Dr didn't cut it for him. For my acne I get chrorahexadine rinse and use daily to kill bacteria along with all the creams benzoyl peroxide until clear. Still get massive zits that pop daily for a week from gear. Acne and the boob thing or I sign of stress and hormones unbalanced. Maybe his test never got back up and another hormone haso taken over.
 
Damn... That's a primary symptom of prolactinoma.. Surely it's not that serious tho..

Steroids can significantly lower cortisol and they can rebound afterwards. Cortisol in high amounts usually increases prolactin. Low test to estrogen ratio can cause some problems as well even gyno. Men with low natural testosterone get gyno or end up with boobs if estrogen is too high with low testosterone. All antidepressants can increase prolactin the ssri's did he start one of these? Low dopamine levels increase prolactin as well. I bet he feels like shit ask him if he can get it up long enough to cum.
 
Doc told him that it was a bacteria that was causing the acne and the leaking. Gave him some meds to take and he is going back on clomid.
 
Seriously?? The doc says a BACTERIA is what's causing the leaking? Bacteria causes acne sure, but it doesn't cause you to leak from your nipples. And then going back on clomid?? That will just make it worse since it's a type of estrogen. Stop the clomid asap and get on some nolva (and possibly some exemestane) STAT! If a prolactin test comes back high then some caber or prami will help.
 
Crazy shit, only one other case I have ever heard of this
was high progesterone and estrogen from a cycle
that never had nolva or proper put coming off.

Just talked to him and the doc's said he had gyno! Sending him to a specialist. Acne cleared up but nip is still leaking. Thinking that Nolvedex would do the trick but waiting to hear from the specialist first.
 
I have given letro to people who developed gyno. I had 2 grams that went a long way. Lol! The first week is like 2.5 a day at least a few days then u taper down. My brother his dr put him on adex it didn't help at all. He had surgery and he said it didn't help much. I take small dose of letro times a week even with my trt. My opinion is guys that have too much estrogen should test and treat cause most Dr's don't do much for hormones. Said to say my Dr never tested my estrogen but I did and I know more than him about hormones but I just play dumb because I need my legal script and orders for phlebotomy's
 
I have read many guys that used letro don't remember from they incorporated Nolva too. I am pretty sure too that Nolva won't shink gyno that has developed like letro. First signs of it and to prevent yes but not after its to that point not alone anyway. Letro is best to try and clear development gyno but the leaking nipple points to prolactin as well. Did u ask him if he started an ssri antidepressant. They increase prolactin and some cause gyno. There are class action lawsuits on respiritol which is a mood stabilizer I think. Some medicines cause this
