Ok so I've been just running my hrt for some time now and haven't been really watching my diet or training right . Run a low dose cycle of test and deca and mean low like 250mgs deca 500mgs and made some progress. Im use to running much high doses and this time proves more doesn't equal better. Less sides and still made gains. So in 3wks I'm going at it again and cleaning up everything. But might want to drop in some mc igf. We will see.
 
I always test my gear out slowly see how I will respond to it. With my trt I don't respond near as well to test as I used to. I am same as where u are. I wasn't watching diet just trt then did 600 total testosterone wk 100 trt cypionate and 500 sustanon with 300 deca and I blew up but too much in way of some bloat. I am trying to clean up diet too. It sucks when I stayed under 10% eating all my kids little Debbie cakes at night. Now I am around 14% measure at 13 but always up a %. I too want some igf. I will do a little short esters to finish this little blast. I have to bring levels down for trt blood work around the 1st of year so can't go for longer than around thanksgiving. If I were u I would start 500 test go up to 750 maybe with igf and that's it. I will do this after my next bloods.
