That isn't going to do anything for PCT, it's just Chrysin and a bunch of plant sterols. You need the real stuff to block estrogen receptors and bring up natural test production.

Agreed joeygym do some research here about pct there is a world of info that u can learn everything you need to know about proper post cycle therapy

Nolva and clomid is all I know. Some of those supplements are good at improving ratios giving more free testosterone but not good enough for pct
