    Default Ifg1 lr3 review/ tendon repair

Hello Team. On going review for Igf1 lr3. Goals are to help rotor cuff tendon repair. I am one year post op from a total subscapularis tendon tear. I am 7 days into MC Igf1 lr3. I am applying 50mcg bi laterally. Pre work out. I have been cycling AAS for 10 plus years. I almost never really feel any gear kick in before 2 weeks or so. I will say I have started to feel the iGF1 lr3 kick in about day 5. The only thing in my arsenal is MC IgF 1 lr3, MC ostarine and GW501516. I will be adding Whinny next week. Pumps have been coming on strong and vascularity is becoming more pronounced. This is my First time using Sarms. Felt that the ostarine made a difference today. GW is making endurance go into high gear. My diet is not as clean as it has been. Goals are body fat loss/ health tendon repair,so I can bench and hit chest again. 5''11 220 -14% bf estimate

    50mcg Igf1 lr3 ed
    30mg ostarine
    20mg GW 55

I will update as much as I can.

That's awesome 800. Welcome to MC. What do your carbs look like pre workout? IGF 1 is amazing. I love the stuff, it will definitely help you recover. Just take it easy. You seem to know what your doing anyway. Just let the magic do its thing.

Today applied Chest 25mcg bi lat. pumps are getting better and better. I love to feel the nutrients fill the muscle. Can not wait until 3-4 weeks. I will say the GW 55 is helping out on the endurance side. I feel like I am On eq. I have only been using GW 55 for 3 days. Effects are almost immediate. Sub. tendon felt pretty good today also. Report back soon. Fellow muscle MC freaks.

I make my own orals alot. Everclear, olive oil, peg, super suspension solutions that I find time to time.
It tricky some stuff because of molecular weight will not turn into solution so u have to suspend by shaking.
The nasty taste! Man up brother. With my liquid orals I use a syringe with no needle. I measure put dose shoot behind my throat and chase with drink but lately I just fill back up syringe with water and squirt it a few times. I don't give a care about it. Comes with territory and is much better than the scar tissue and finding spot to pin sometimes.

olive oil with your orals? Why is that? helps hold it , or kill taste, or what?

Yes, with stuff like anavar, or anything that doesn't dissolve.
It makes a good suspension it floats for a good bit longer.
Everclear is just too thin, so olive oil works with everclear and is much better than peg. Uh-uuhh!!! Peg.
It's easy to get and works better for things that don't dissolve. Cialis, anavar anything that doesn't disolve

Allows a much more equal dose to be taking with oral suspensions that we have to shake. Add some favor drops, peppermint oil and it's good to go.
Personally I don't care about taste. When I can use pure everclear I do. It's only a ml at a time no big deal.

Honestly if you can handle apple cidar vinager ( it has some amazing fat loose and health benifits) it can cover up almost any taste ( I use it with iodine drops to ramp up the old thyroid)...........I can drink it 8 oz straight...I have learned to love it!

Boyz. Be out of town. Snow machining in the UP of Michigan. Pull my hamstring last Thursday. Grade 2. Lots of bruising. No legs this week. Diet has started going to do the Keto. However, trying to dial my protein in. They say too much protein is bad on the Keto? I am use to getting 50-60 grams per meal. What do ya'll think? IgF Lr3 is really helping the pulled. Hammy and my rotor tendon. Pumps are strong. Still doing 60mcg bi lateral per day. Some say ifglr3- 4weeks on 1 week off. What Is everyone's thoughts on this? Ostarine is making me strong for sure. Thanks MC ! I can also tell my attitude has got a little testy. If you no what I mean. GW 55 is also real deal. Endurance it way up. Kinda like I am on EQ for 8 weeks. So far: Igflr3 -3 weeks. Ostarine- 3 weeks GW 55 2 weeks. Feeling good boys

I am a self proscribed keto expert, so lets get that myth out of the way. Meat protiens are different than powder proteins when it comes to ketosis in my opinion. Eat as much solid meat as you want and you will stay in ketosis; start adding anything powder form and your conversion will change from protien to carbs at a much higher rate. I view BCAA like a carb source in ketosis................to each his own.

Friday. Hit chest and shoulders. Starting to feel my rotor cuff tendon getting strong. I believe this is from the Igf1 lr3. It has also helped the healing of my hamstring. Pumps are coming on strong now. Finish up my first bottle of IGF1lr3- shot 100mcg just to finish the bottle today. Ifg1 lr3 review/ tendon repair I have been dieting pretty good the last week and half. However I have put on 4 lbs. What is going on?? I think daddy is growing. And again thank you MC and IGF1lr3 real deal!

    Default Ifg1 lr3 review/ tendon repair

Monday Monday- Did a quick 24 hour fast Sunday. Worked great. Re set the body. Today ran back and shoulders at the gym. Pumps and Vascularity are strong. My Grade 2 Hamstring tear is feeling astonishing well for a week and half since it was done. Only thing I can be sure of is the IgF 1 Lr3 is helping this dramatically. My rotor cuff used to have a dull ache. Almost like a ghost pain. That has totally went away since using IGF1 Lr3. Shooting 60mcg bi lateral. Mostly in my delts. Off days, sub Q in the belly. I feel fantastic. Running 50mg of whinny- 2 weeks in. 5days into a good Keto diet. Looking to tighten up and shred down. Felt real good in the gym today. Thinking about adding 150mg of deca Tuesday and Thursday for 300mg a week. For a quick 6 weeks. However, I don't have any test right now to combat the suppression on testosterone. Anyways these are my thoughts for today.

I love hearing or reading about healing success stories with the use of IGF-1 lr3, as thats how I came to find it myself and understand it after it healing a Flacid dead quad muscle due to nerve damage that a Doctor said would never heal again! So yeah these stories are my favorite, even more than the guys who say they got super shredded with it or added a ton of lean quality muscle, as all those things can be done without igf-1 lr3 , it just takes much longer without using the igf. BUT healing , well there isn’t anything else I know of that compares to the healing effects and aspects of igf-1 lr3!
