I am 60 years old and have been lifting since I was 14. Over a 12 year military career and 18 year law enforcement career I have sustained many injuries which have led to 10 different orthopedic surgeries. In December I had a severe lumbar sacral back surgery after almost losing the use of my legs. Immediately after the surgery I was 100% better but had a lot of work to do to regain the strength in my legs which were severely atrophied. I started using GH in an effort to heal faster and regain my leg strength, however shortly thereafter my back and right leg got worse and I noticed an increase in joint paint in both knees, lumbar spine and right elbow and now my right leg is almost paralyzed. I know that joint pain can be a side effect of GH use and I started at 2.4 IU's approximately 3 weeks ago. As the surgery seemed to be successful and I have been careful in my exercise routine I am wondering if it was possibly too soon to start the GH? Could the GH be responsible for the joint pain and issues with my right leg? If so, do these symptoms subside? Any facts would be appreciated.
