Cabergoline

Cabergoline(caber) is a dopamine D2 receptor agonist that directly inhibits prolactin. As you may know, gynecomastia can be caused by both estrogen and progesterone(indirectly), which can be elevated by exogenous androgens. Progesterone can stimulate prolactin serum levels which can increase mammary gland size. Caber works by directly inhibiting prolactin secretion in the pituitary's lactotroph cells. Interestingly, prolactin has a very similar structure to GH, and studies have shown the use of caber to decrease GH levels.

Another interesting phenomenon observed in male caber users is multiple orgasms, due to its reductive effect on the refractory period(time between ejaculations). As far as side effects, caber is the safest option for hyperprolactinemia and bc of its low effective dose(0.25-1mg 2x a week) most common side effects being gastric related and loss of appetite. Overall, caber is very effective at reducing prolactin buildup caused by certain androgens like nandrolone and trenbolone. Apparently you can have crazy multiple orgasms too, so that sounds like a win-win.
