Thinking 750 test 500 deca 500 eq run winstrol last 50 days at 100mg a day. Should I dare add tren or would masterone work better ? The goal is strength and size.

Tren I say no to anyone above 14% bf!!
Unless they 16% and athletic conditioning!!!

Problem with tren is it will raise bp especially if body fat not already in check.

And I have bro science on low test with tren is way to avoid sides!!! And only short ester of both!!!

High test long ester and tren long ester No sir!!! This can really kill someone due to BP and heart condition developing!!! And it has, trust me!!! Almost felt like would kill me before until ester cleared and I had ran tren e 1-2× year for prolly 8 years...
Since I only use tren ace.

Masterone.... great for helping lower estro and keeping bloat off without crashing estro!! But it's only worth the money to most if they already under 10% for hardening!!!

But I rather see someone that will cycle use high androgen binding steroids especially if fat loss the goal.
But I myself don't aromatase much and test alone at 750 wk I have ripped up but I had to stay on long enough and had to push hard at gym.

Diet, gym, and sleep recovery most important!!!
PED's for pushing to level body can't keep up with repairing fast enough but not to do anything we can't do ourselves like lose fat!!
Honestly if u do the work, get diet in check, get workouts in check, and get conditioning higher and higher u can get to 15% in 1 year time!!!
Gear or test will help you to keep faster metabolism and not get catabolic.
U see what happens when we cut food intake and push harder our thyroid will slow down!!
Important to just stay with test to fight catabolism when trying to drop alot of fat!!

So stay safe, get diet, workouts in order and once u do if u decide to use gear. Only testosterone until u get down at 15% bf!!

I would say only test and if u got the funds for mast sure but don't expect anything but androgen binding leaner gains less bloat and estro control.

So i say test 600wk max and mast 600wk
I can say mast and proviron increase fat loss due to androgen binding. Androgen binding plays a role in fat loss!!

So not normally recommended but that is safer than the rest!!
Eq no reason to aromatase more and it will with test high enough and eq high enough
Deca the same plus bloat that u don't want!!

U only want enough test really to stop catabolism and increase your recovery and metabolism with diet, and working out!!!

doctor says thyroid is good. no Trt. I only work 6 hours a week. I can get to the gym 5x a week as soon as I can get my back feeling better. I could also be more active . All I do is janitorial work. There is snow. I would like to go the gym everyday. Up until 8 months I was.

Do you think I should bother with clen either/or t3 ?

No!!
Just stay more active.
Hiking several miles a day, depending on terrain!!
U need to get heart rate up and get anaerobic threshold better and longer!!
U will do so little by little pushing a little further than week before!!

Gym 5 days with weights and cardio
I will make plan for u.

If u choose to use anything Testosteone at 400-600mg wk all I would stick with if it were me. It will bring up metabolism with diet and exercise fighting catabolism!!!

I would say a hgh stimulator would help too.
Mk 677 possible low dose 12.5mg a day
Or
Ipamorrelin and Mod grf 1-29 stack
And IGF 1 lr3 off and on at 40-60mcg a day!!
Hgh dose of 3iu of legit stuff also helps with fat loss but shutdown at only 30 years old I don't like!!
I rather see someone one get healthy and in ideal weight range even with a little help.

1- let's get u diet or show me your diet
2- workout plan to follow and up each week. Bad back!! Then proper form important and it's not how much weight but how u push to get fatigued
3- activity level gotta increase. My phone tracks me with an app. I have active phone!
I walk 12000 to 15000 steps on 5 days a week so u gotta come in because I myself am not losing weight or gaining and I am eating prolly 3500 cals a day.
U gotta cut cals 500 at a time min Or increase activity level to burn more than u putting in!!!!

4- ONLY ONCE U FOLLOWING ABOVE THEN WHEN YOUR BODY CAN'T KEEP UP WITH SORENESS AND LOSE THE MOTIVATION AND ENERGY TO DO IT AND RECOVER THEN U CAN DO 16 WEEKS TESTOSTERONE CYCLE

5- if u choosing Testosterone already then u Gotta get other things in order!
U wanna use hcg to keep batteries on low charge while one it and aid in recovery! Threads here on it!!

Give me time to make u diet and workout plan with activity level up!!! Your back will feel better if u can drop to 200lbs for sure.

I did 24 push ups in a row yesterday , today I did 5x12 incline then 1x12 flat. I will start going for uphill walks. They got a meal plan here for me but I can also buy my own food. breakfast 9am lunch 12 snack 3 oclock supper 5 oclock snack 7 oclock. I could try replacing snacks with protein bars and try to find out the food plan for you. I'll listen to you and not start the test until you think its time. Thankyou! On Thursday I'll have 300 dollars and the week after should be up to 400.

so far today bowl of shredded wheat with powdered milk for breakfast, canned chicken samwich with little bit of miracle whip, snack banana , for supper shepards pie, last snack either apple sauce or peanbutter sandwich on whole wheat bread.
 
Tomorrow I will make u a diet plan to follow.
I myself use cheaper foods, have kids to feed too.

Meats pork loin
Chicken breast or baked whole chicken
Fish
And my biggest is a bunch of lean ground meat and ground turkey
Sirloin steaks good too and lean.
Eggs I use whole u need more white
2% fat milk or skim non fat
Mostly water and coconut water
1-2 diet drinks per day
Oat meal, brown rice, jazman rice
Wheat bread, natural peanut or almond butter
Chickapeas, fiber beans all types
Salad mixed leaf, cherry tomatoes. Broccoli, sweet potatoes
Pumpkin seeds, almonds, nuts, dried mangos, apracots, fruit mix etc
Bowl of cereal at night or fat free yogurt.
Look at these foods and budget I will give meal plan.
No more pies and cakes. 5 meals a day nothing else if hungry drink 16oz water lots if fiber help too staying full!!
U will need more protien and healthy fats less carbs.
All still low fat or fat free choices as much as available
These foods should be available right, over there??
Crock pot, baked, grilled best choices for meats
Just become a robot to it and do it.
Workouts we gotta get u to 45 minutes time total asap wuth another 45 minute active raised heart rate per day on activity. Plus more so Another job would be a plus even walking a big dog works great!! Anything to keep u on the go. Metabolism needs this even a busy mind but staying on feet!!! Take stairs, walk places gotta keep u moving.
All these things will burn cals and we gotta burn more than we put in.
We Gotta give our body a Challage to have no choice but to adapt to make everything easier.


I will make meals and times for u. Better to prep a bunch for week at time.

U will eat 5 times a day with 1 protien shake and maybe some added to oatmeal

If your sex drive up, or have hardons regular at night and in morning wait on testosterone until u able to do what will be 45 minutes of training per time.
Better to condition yourself first and even trying a sarm first maybe better than getting on gear.
Save gear for once u can push more..

Hope I am making since here but these are things we gotta do!!!

Get up before work get ready for gym before work.

fasted drink only
Only use 45 grams of whey protien mixed with water choose protien powder that is 25 grams to around 6 carbs!!
Workout 45 minutes
- Meal 2 post Workout
In your case
1 pk oatmeal 2 egg whites 1 whole egg
1 wheat toast
- Meal 3
Chicken breast baked or grilled 8 oz
1 bowl
Salad lettuce mixed leaf, cherry tomatoes
Fat free vinegarette ONLY 1-1/2 table spoon max
Meal 4
1 Fruit apple, orange, banana etc..
1 Greek yogurt fat free
Meal 5
8 oz pork loin
1 plain sweet potateo
Broccoli 1 cup
Meal 6
High fiber cereal 1 serving size only
Skim milk 1/2 cup

Use water throughout day, 16 oz coconut water good too.
Max of 1-2 diet drinks only 16 oz max better to do 8oz.
Any tea should be sugar free diet
But u gotta get 1.5 gal min water per day..

That is example of meal for day with portions.

I don't wanna follow my diet. Lol!!
Won't even post it, I burn alot of calories and eat alot and not clean lately!!
My stomach also cramping because of it, indigestion and gas!! But I will clean up my diet it's time..

I'm keeping all this stuff in my notes. Fasted went for piss test when to quit smoking group. Haven't smoked in a while...Wont touch the alcohol either. Went for 15 minute walk. Get paid on Thursday going grocery shopping Tuesday of next week. The meal plan looks good Musclemechanic. Supper today is pork loin. I'm gonna drop the coffee soon for more water. I'm gonna be damn sure the food is available for diet. There is a gym 5 minutes away from here with more stuff in it then the gym that's 45 minutes away. little more expensive though.

Gym tomorrow should make it a back bicep workout as my push is still recovering. Then 20 minutes on cardio bike.

worked biceps and triceps...first time in the gym in 8 months. My old hammer curl endurance is still there 20sx20. I'm not worried about how strong I am or going heavy because I know I would just injure myself again.

Gonna make u routine soon.
For now do traditional workouts 1 group a day 5 days week
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
U gotra build strength and work slow.
Once u can complete those at 4 exercises and 4 sets per exercise per session min we can alter. Next will be more volume
But basic training important for 90 days with added cardio.
One step at a time. Build muscle and strength and burn fat.
To do HIIT u Gotta build up some muscle first to have endurance in muscles and fiber twitch with heart used to pumping them.
Hiit after that.
Haven't forgot about u.
But starting with basics necessary because body gotta adjust to high cortisol slowly and deal with it or else u will look like lance Armstrong. Not offense but we wanna be builders!!
