    Default What kind of gains/changes should I realistically expect from this cycle?

    5'11, 190lbs, 45yrs, 5 years straight on TRT @ half CC of 200mg Test Cyp every 4-5 days, Dexa scan put me @ 17% body fat 32lbs fat tissue, 151lbs lean tissue and the rest bone mineral content. I train 5-6 days a week @45-60 minutes hard, Test Cyp is the only thing I have ever taken so far and I will be going on a 6 meal true bodybuilding diet when I start next week. I plan on running this cycle for 16 weeks (possibly 20 depending on how I feel and results).

    600mg Test E per week (injecting 300mg Mon/Thur)
    600mg EQ per week (injecting 600mg on Mon)
    Adex 1mg x 3 per week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
    And then adding HCG after week 8

    I would love any honest feedback from people who have run similar cycles or have seen the results of others following like protocol. Please share your thoughts on what kind of strength gains, fat loss and muscle mass I can expect going 100%. Please and thank you and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

    I ran a similar cycle this past summer. You will notice strength gains over time but it’s not going to be huge jumps. You’ll be able to progress with 5 to 10 pound increases each week.

    Size gains will depend on diet. I ran mine at maintenance calories and it was more like a recomp (I didn’t gain or lose any weight just gained muscle while losing fat). That worked pretty well for my goals. If you eat a surplus you could bulk up on it.

    Watch the blood pressure and drink plenty of water. EQ is notorious for raising red blood cells which will thicken your blood and cause the blood pressure increase. I didn’t donate blood at all during my 16 week run but I can see where that would be beneficial.

    You’ll hear a lot of people say they don’t like EQ but I believe that’s because you won’t see dramatic changes the way you do with a nandrolone. Over time you will gain lean muscle with little side effects. You’ll also hear people say they feel anxiety on EQ. For me, it felt like a constant caffeine buzz except it didn’t effect my sleep at all. You just have that “up” feeling during the day.

    Depends on diet. I love EQ but you have to run it for at least 20 weeks to see nice results. Those results will be quality muscle but that will depend on diet as well. Just keep after it and leave it all in the gym.

    16 weeks is a solid duration for this cycle, and is the HCG part of your TRT script along with the testosterone cypionate?
    What kind of gains/changes should I realistically expect from this cycle?
