I am writing this even though it's been written and all over, because I was messaged about it and I told the bro I would put it here. For him to join and make thread or read this post. Message was thru tapatalk one of followers that is missing out on being an MC member!!!!
1st time cycle just getting feet wet and will make your.....hard and increase muscle and sex drive.
Let's not complicate this is to be simple for the beginner!!
So terms what they mean legend below.
- Enathate = ester of testosterone in this case it and Cypionate interchangeable!!
AI= anti-estrogen (adex, letro, aromasin)
Lowers estro by binding to enzymes of aromatase
Serm= Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. Used in pct to block estro imbalance when test or gear is stopped. Also used to increase or stimulate LH and FSH that send signal to testes to make testosterone.
Examples of SERM's Clomid, Novadex, Rolaxifen
LH= Luteinizing Hormone triggers ovulation in females.. In males stimulates production of testosterone
FSH= increases sperm production and fertility Follicle-stimulating*hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein gonadotropin secreted by the anterior pituitary in response to gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) released by the hypothalamus. The pituitary gland also secretes*luteinizing hormone(LH), another gonadotropin
Hcg= Injectable LH mimicker. Sends false signal to Testes or gonads to make testosterone.. also can increase estro. It causes neg feedback and suppresses pituitary gland from releasing LH. Sends signal to turn off like Testosteone does too. So makes sense to only use HCG on cycle the whole coarse to keep testes making testosterone. Dosages vary....
250-500iu 2x week should be enough to use on cycle. It's like keeping batteries on a charge while truck parked in garage.
Mg= milligrams an weight amount measurement in a capsule, pill, or liquid.
It's the amount if active compound pure or in a composite like pill, capsule or inject per ml.
Ml= Milliters a liquid volume space measurement
CC= Milliliter
IU= international unit. The conversion to mg varies depending in nutrient or substance
Unit= measurement on insulin syringe. There are 100 units per ml.
Ed= everyday
Eod= every other day
Wk= week
2x= two times or what ever number that many times
So I think I covered terms and abbreviations used for this at least. I am typing this fast and off my head so excuse typos, time got short she just said so... lol!!
Ok the cycle is simple beginner 1st time cycle.
WHAT IS NEEDED YOUR CHOICE AND U FIGURE FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH OR I POST LATER.
CYCLE BELOW
- Testosterone Enathate or Cypionate enough for your choice 400-500wk for 12 weeks
- AI I say adex plenty enough for 0.5mg 3x week get enough for 2mg a week to be safe
- SERM's
- Nolva enough for 40mg a day for 4 weeks
- Clomid enough for 75mg a day for 4 weeks
- Hcg enough for 1000iu a week for 12 weeks. Hcg is optional. I never used it but I been on TRT since 37 I think..
Cycle simple 12 weeks
- Week 1-12 Testosteone Enathate or Cypionate 250mg Monday and 250mg Thursday
- Hcg 250-500iu add it in with test injection or pin seperate just measure correct. They can mix in pin then pin together but do not mix in bottles or get any of other in either vial.... USE HCG FOR 10 WEEKS ONLY STOP AT WEEK 10 SO SUPPRESSION NOT THERE PCT!!!
- Adex take 0.5mg 2x wk or more or less. Research signs to watch for estro high or low... better to use less than too much.. after last injection of Testosterone use adex at 0.5mg 2x wk for week 13 and 1x wk for week 14 week 15 is pct...
SO run test 250mg 2x wk and hcg 250-500iu 2x wk. Use adex 2x wk at dose mentioned all on same night fine unless adex needed 3x wk then divide MWF!!
At week 10 stop hcg.
When done with last injection of Testosterone count 14 days or mark calender. On that 15th day start pct
PCT 4 weeks total
Wk 1 and 2
Nolvadex 40mg a day
Clomid 100mg a day
Wk 3 and 4
Nolva 20mg a day
Clomid 50mg a day
If beginner would chose D-bol at 20-50mg a day can be run first 4 weeks to get gains right away. Ai may need to be adex 0.5mg 3x wk instead of 2x during dbol 4 weeks and 5th week too. Then reduced. This is just example we all different!!
D-bol low on sides and easily tolerated by most so it's often chosen for beginner cycle as oral to get gains right away. Test e or c can take 3-5 weeks to kick in when user don't know what to expect....
Happy Gaining and enjoy the sex drive boost!! Those test level elevating the first time really gets most good libido increase!!!
