Default lowering red blood cell count

Ok Guru's. My rbc are too high, prob from the trt, just got test results, 19.4 . My Dr. said I have to get to 17.5. He controls my trt so I want him to be happy, and I get 200 mg a week. Now the question, I will be taking tren soon, other than donating blood and drinking lot's of water, is there anything else I can do to keep this down somewhat. I do have GW to help with the other stuff while on the tren. Thanks Presser) Thank you all for any help. Happy New Year.

Presser bumped them all and I added what I do.
U need Dr to diagnose u with secondary polycythemia and get order as needed.
Its, allowed with TRT they spin blood remove areas and use rest... they love it and it's FDA guidelines on donations more from TRT patients.
My Dr does it for me. TRT clinic here told me he does same and could for me if I switched to him.

Been at this a while if u notice. U guys need to get a Dr up to date.
Been doing this since 2013. Forms all named if u look at ones posted.
Testosterone and gear if it's real.... cause secondary polycythemia in most who use enough even TRT!!! It's ashamed that Dr's are that out of date with guidelines.

Give your Dr names of forms and tell him like this. "These are the forms... u put me on this stuff now I need order or a new Dr cause u out of date"
No where in hormone TRT therapy is it necessary to stop using because of red blood, phlebotomy order part of TRT in those who developed secondary polycythemia.
I know other vets here at MC that do this too and have their blood spun as they not blocked from donating like myself from antibody I carry...

It's simple get new Dr or tell yours to get it together!! Unreal!! That is reason I go to internal med Dr that advertises TRT, because he sees reg patient with aging issues that he treats and TRT as well. Dr Quack that decides to treat a patient or 2 with TRT prolly knows nothing about it nor cares to learn!!!

Cutting your dosage down some will help. Most guys will do very well on 100-120mg wk for TRT. Donating blood is the only way that I know of that's effective.

Go to red cross and donate double red and you'll be under 17.5 in no time.

Yes I have them, Thank you sir! Since last post here, I went to donate blood, the hemoglobin level has been raised by the blood bank to 20.0 they do two finger prick hemoglobin tests, 20.6 and 20.7. They say call Doctor, I call he orders CBC, PLATELETS & AUT DIFFIRONIRON BINDING CAPACITY (TIBC) VITIMIN B-12 (CYANOCOBALMIhaptoglobin. I have an appt with my Doctor tomorrow morning. I am bringing the info you provided, to get him all schooled up. I get my trt from him 200 mg per week only 10$ per month. I hope it stays that way.

I don't always take 200 mg of trt per week, usually 100, that keeps me at about 550-600 on blood work, 6 days after shot. It's nice to have extra when needed

He is just checking for Hemochromotosis and iron issues.
The problem is may be that but he gotta rule out before secondary polycythemia order. I have hemochromotis and jak 2 issues. But got secondary polycythemia order and diagnosis and order as needed.

Stop all iron and get over 50 multi vit supp... do not take any extra iron avoid all iron fortified foods and spinach etc...
I even cut back on protien. I don't tell my Dr shit but I use more prop and hgh seemed to help hepiciden which is iron withholding and controlling. Testosterone suppresses it FACT!!!
it stimulates red blood production. Some of us more than others have hepiciden in liver suppressed by testosterone!!! As said long ester build up makes worse so I blast with more prop and add trest ace as it doesn't affect red blood and 12.5mg a day with 50mg prop on blast plenty on test side of things!!! Use trest ace low dose to cut down total test dose and have 2x higher test action trust me!!!
Anadrol doesn't even bother me with this protocal with hgh 3.3iu a day and trest ace 12.5mg and prop.50mg. Deca either donate maybe every 2 months this way.. tren doesn't bother me at all either. If I add Novothyral I don't have to go but 3x a year!! T3/t4 delivers oxygen to every muscle cell in body to aid without as much hemoglobin necessary.
So maybe I need t4.. my TSH low and free t4 low so being tested again in July and if same will get secondary hypothyroidism due to pituatary issues and be put on and help issue even more. Gotta play their game but sad when I already know the deal. My mom has thyroid issues so it's in my family!!!
But good luck high red blood occurs in many over a certain age even without testosterone, most Dr's don't act aggressive and we treat ourselves until they do FDA testing to diagnose. Until then we wait or self treat!!!

Wow your hemoglobin is 20.6. That's means your crit is around 60. What does this mean? Your blood is extremely thick. You need to take action like now.
