I get that totally and I have no problems with delays. What I do have a problem with is totally ignoring emails. Like I'm going to have any idea that the reason they dropped off the face of the earth is the damn Chinese New Year. I'm an attorney and when it's New Years here I still answer my emails. And this is the first time I've ever ordered from TGC, not a good first impression.
