Blackstone Lab's & Redcon One Owners Indicted
It appears that several prominent figures in the bodybuilding and fitness industry have been named a federal case, including Blackstone Labs’ Phillip “PJ” Braun and Redcon One’s Aaron Singerman.

The federal charges stem from supplement products that were deemed unsafe and knowingly mislabeled. The indictment goes on to say that illegal anabolic steroids were allegedly among the products being sold and distributed.

The quotes below are directly from the United States Department of Justice.

PHILLIP BRAUN, 38, OF BOCA RATON, FLORIDA, AARON SINGERMAN, 39, OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, ROBERT DIMAGGIO, 49, OF HENDERSON, NEVADA, ANTHONY VENTRELLA, 41, OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, DAVID WINSAUER, 32, OF BOCA RATON, FLORIDA, AND JAMES BOCCUZZI, 34, OF PARKLAND, FLORIDA, WERE CHARGED IN A 14-COUNT INDICTMENT THAT WAS RETURNED BY A FEDERAL GRAND JURY IN MIAMI, FLORIDA ON MARCH 7, 2019, AND WAS UNSEALED TODAY. THE INDICTMENT ALSO CHARGED BLACKSTONE LABS AND VENTECH LABS, TWO FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

“THE INDICTMENT ALLEGES THAT THE DEFENDANTS SOLD HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF ILLEGAL PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANABOLIC STEROIDS, NATIONWIDE AND INTERNATIONALLY, FRAUDULENTLY REPRESENTING THAT THOSE PRODUCTS AND PILLS WERE HIGH-QUALITY, LEGAL DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS. ACCORDING TO THE INDICTMENT, THE DEFENDANTS CREATED AN ILLICIT MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND ROUTED SALES OF ILLEGAL PRODUCTS THROUGH TRUSTED DISTRIBUTORS, KNOWING THAT THE PRODUCTS WERE UNSAFE OR COULD NOT LEGALLY BE SOLD TO CONSUMERS.”

The charges Aaron Singerman, PJ Braun, and the other defendants in this case include a conspiracy to defraud customers with misinformation as well as money laundering charges and conspiracy to distribute illegally anabolic steroids. PJ Braun and Aaron Singerman are of course considered innocent before being proven guilty and these actions are all alleged until stated otherwise.

Wow, wonder if they were the biggest Pro Hormone producer in the US and that is why they are getting tagged on this?

Theyre getting bent over like this for telling the FDA to go fuck themselves basically by continuing to sell products the fda issued them a warning for initially that wouldn’t have had any legal ramifications.

Personally im a proponent of these PH , and Sarm and even Anabolics, but if your sent a cease and desist letter from fda and not only disregard it but take to social media about it to build your brand in the face of the fda , well that’s not too bright.

i hope they win and hope the best as they’re not bad guys. Just arrogant maybe lol

The laws need to change , no doubt about it but everything I read sounds like they’re fucked!

First thing PJ did after getting processed from turning himself in was go live and tell everyone how his lawyer beat FDA before and he isn’t worried.

dudes got mad balls lol I pray no one goes to jail and hope it all works out

At least he is blazing a trail. If he gets off based on the laws; then it will be better for everyone else.

I am glad someone is willing to try it.
